Before you add weight

Own the form first. If the last two reps don’t look like the first two, the weight owns you — drop it, clean it up, then climb. Eat enough protein, sleep like it’s part of the program, and show up on the days you don’t feel like it. That’s where it’s built.

How do I know which level to pick?

Beginner: under 6 months of steady training or coming back after time off — fewer sets, more rest. Intermediate: 6+ months and you know the main lifts. Advanced: 2+ years, chasing numbers. You can switch any time at the top of the page.

No gym — can I still run these?

Yes. Pick Full Body Blast or Core Finisher and swap barbell moves for dumbbells, bands, or a loaded backpack. The follow-along programs call out home options on each move.

How does coaching work here?

Coach’s Corner drops the week’s focus in this tab, and form-check questions go to the crew pages below — post your video or question there and tag it so it gets seen.

I’m sore — train or rest?

Light soreness: train, warm up longer, and back the weight off a notch. Sharp pain, joint pain, or soreness that changes how you move: rest it and get it checked. Recovery is training too.
